These terms are a beta-stage draft and are not a substitute for advice from qualified counsel.

Beta service

Slabloom is an early-stage service for collectors. Features may change, be unavailable or contain errors. Participation does not guarantee admission to the private beta, permanent username ownership or uninterrupted access.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to apply for or participate in the current beta.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Slabloom permission to host, display, process and format that content as needed to operate the service. You must own your content or have permission to use it.

Acceptable use

You may not use Slabloom for counterfeit or illegal goods, fraud, harassment, threats, impersonation, privacy violations, malicious code or infringement of intellectual-property rights. Do not publish home addresses, security-system details or other sensitive information.

Collectibles, prices and transactions

Slabloom is a collection showcase and contact platform—not a marketplace. Any asking price is supplied by the collector for informational purposes only. Slabloom does not provide a shopping cart, checkout, payment processing, escrow, shipping, refunds or dispute resolution. Any communication or transaction takes place independently between users and outside Slabloom.

Slabloom does not authenticate collectibles, verify ownership, confirm condition, guarantee grades or values, or guarantee another user’s identity or representations. Users are responsible for independently verifying the collector, item and transaction before exchanging money or property.

Moderation

We may restrict access or remove content that violates these terms, creates safety risks or harms the community. Reporting and moderation tools will evolve during the beta.

Founder’s Pack

Indicating interest in a possible Founder’s Pack does not create a purchase, reservation or payment obligation. Any future offer will provide separate price and purchase terms.

Disclaimers and liability

Slabloom is provided on an “as available” basis during the beta. To the extent allowed by law, Slabloom disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for losses arising from user communications, off-platform transactions or beta use.
